Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We sure did! Here are some pictures from the entire holiday season...


Addisyn took her first ever Karate class and LOVED it! Her friend Whitney from preschool- her family owns Ryan Hoover Extreme Karate. Here are a few pics of her in uniform...






Over the Christmas holiday we hooked up with Kari, Kyle, and Cayden at Kate's Skating Rink where our kids both skated for the first time! After a few times around the rink I had the guy at the skate rental booth tighten all of Addisyn's wheels so they wouldn't spin. It was a little easier for Addisyn that way! Kate's has an awesome indoor playground, which Addisyn thoroughly enjoyed!...





One of Addisyn's favorite pastimes is assembling puzzles. She can do them by herself now!...

We took Addisyn to Plaza Fiesta's AWESOME indoor playground (the largest in the Southeast)!!! It is $4 for a session (1 hour 45 mins) and then the playground closes for 15 minutes while they sanitize it! That is a huge selling point for me- a CLEAN playground! Here are a few pics...





We hiked the trails at McDowell Nature Preserve- all the way down to the lake. Addisyn thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and hiking, so it was a lot of fun for all of us!...

Cramerton Christmas Parade!

I am volunteering for Belmont Parks and Recreation as a dance instructor on Friday mornings. I am teaching a free "Parent and Me" dance class for children ages 1-4 years old. Today we participated in the Cramerton Christmas Parade. These are some pictures from the event :) I uploaded them in reverse order (as usual), so you might want to start at the bottom and come back up...
