Camping in Asheville

We spent our Memorial Day weekend up in Asheville tent camping at Mama Gertie's Hideaway Campground. It was lots of fun- even having a large black bear visit our campsite and eat Addisyn's marshmallows! We spent time playing at the Biltmore, Asheville's Fun Depot, WNC Nature Center, and roasting marshmallows at the campsite. Here are some pictures from our weekend...

Pictures/Updates!

We have a small creek that runs through the back of our property. Brian takes Addisyn down to play it in all the time. I know they have fun because they come back muddy, so I asked him to take some pictures...

 The new "Cowboys" exhibit opened up at our museum! Here are some pictures...

 Brian rescued a kitten out of rush hour traffic last week. Cody was not sure what to think of the kitten at first, but now he has taken up the role of "surrogate mother" and he "mommies" the kitten lol. After taking the kitten by the vet Addisyn decided she could be a vet too! Here are some pictures...

We are having a boy!!!!

Parent & Me Dance/ Garibaldi Performance

Yesterday Addisyn's dance class performed at the Garibaldi Festival at Stowe Park in Belmont. It was SO cute! The girls in her class range from 1-3 years old, and considering their age they did an excellent job out there! The girls did some pre-show entertainment for the crowd :) They just could not wait to get out their and dance! Here are some pictures/video from yesterday...

After their performance the girls played on inflatables and toured a fire truck...
